A Thoughtful, Relational Approach to Therapy

Therapy works best when centered on real relationship and our shared experience of being human. Not a clinical blank slate, but authentic connection and deep healing rather than bandaids.

There may be anxiety that feels constant or difficult to turn off, a sense of disconnection in your relationship, or life changes like becoming a parent or enduring a loss that feel more overwhelming than expected.

Maybe you feel like, because you have all the information at your disposal, you should have been able to understand or “fix” what’s going on and despite feeling successful in most areas of your life, you still feel stuck. What if healing was less about knowing and doing and more about being? You deserve healing, today.

My work is grounded in attachment-focused, trauma-informed care. I don’t place bandaids on complex issues. You are not a problem to be fixed but a person to be understood.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, therapy is a space to understand the underlying patterns shaping your internal experience and your relationships. We explore how you respond to stress, how you connect with others, and what feels difficult to change.

I draw from evidence-based and relational approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, and Gottman-informed couples therapy.

This allows the work to be both structured and in tune with you and helps to support meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief.

While these concerns may appear separate, they are often closely connected. Understanding how they interact creates a clearer and more effective path forward.

Over time, therapy can support:

  • a clearer understanding of patterns that once felt confusing
  • more steadiness in the face of anxiety or overwhelm
  • the ability to respond differently in relationships
  • a stronger sense of security and connection to yourself and others

This is not quick-fix work, but rather deeply intentional and focused on lasting change.
